Ordering from Emeral Hosting, came with some simple and easy to follow rules. Please respect our policies and you’ll never have problems.

Order

If you decided to order something, first time you should read all these policies and agree with them. First time you MUST send your payment to payments@emeralhosting.info. After you send the payment, you must complete the order form. Your order will be processed between 2-12 hours, but you can receive the e-mail back immediately.

Free Plans

With our free plans you will receive a good amount of space bandwith and other features. We guarantee 100% support and try to solve every problem. If you want one subdomain you must know working with FTP and PHP, install Wordpress or Fan Updates. Cutenews is not allowed. Also, if you want free domain hosting, you must have your own domain.

Payments

We only accept PayPal, because at the moment is the safest. If you do not need an account, you can create one here PayPal.com. Remember, all the payments must be sent before you complete the form.

Refunds

We do not make refunds. We’re sorry but we can’t do this, because we are using your money for pay our bills and buy your domain.

Domains

Some domains come with hosting packages. If you decide to cancel account or switch hosts you will receive the possession of your domain, but if your account is terminated your domain will be gave to adoption and you’ll never receive it back.

Unlimited Space&Bandwidth

As we know, nothing in this world is unlimited. When we say “Unlimited” we mean that we’ll won’t count how much space or bandwidth are you using, that not means that you can upload files and create problems with the server. If you do this we’ll send you an warning and if this continue, we’ll automatically delete the files that cause problems.

Content

Your not allowed to upload:
» Illegal Content as “Warez”.
» Pornography, Animal Mistreatment or Violence content .
» Stolen content.
» Hateful, bullying, harassment, or harmful content.
» Video or Media files.
» Proxy Scripts, IRC/BOT scanners

If any of these contents are found on your website, your account will be TERMINATED without warning.

Account suspended or terminated

We have all the rights reserved to suspend/terminate your account if you don’t respect our terms and conditions. You will not be warned by email or contacted in any way.
